Beware. This is one of the worst credit unions I’ve ever dealt with. They will leave pending transactions on your account even after the merchant has confirmed payment causing you to overdraft on trumark bank end. DO NOT USE this Credit Union.

They were incompetent and rude to me when I brought my son in to cash his birthday check. He has an account at Trumark but because his dad is on the account and not me, they wouldn’t let HIM cash his own check or either of us view the account balance. They said it’s bank policy to “only let one custodial parent be on the account”? Why? Don’t like being treated with suspicion when I go into a bank where I’ve had an account for 16 years. Will be looking to transfer my money elsewhere.
