Got an auto loan and was forced to be a member. They updated their app and it kicked me out. I’ve been trying to pay my auto loan payment for over a week. Every time I call to make a payment over the phone I get jerked around. Customer service sucks. DO NOT RECOMMEND WHATSOEVER. I’ll just wait for you guys to Call me to collect .

I took out a home improve the loan in January. I have tried to set up automatic payment every single month since. Every single month I have to call, use automated teller, etc. It NEVER seems to get fixed. I can’t even tell you how many hours I have wasted trying to PAY my loan each month. Their online banking is the worst online services I have ever seen. I was on hold for a real person for over forty minutes, then when the real human picked up I was disconnected. This seems to be the norm each month. If I can I’m going to transfer this loan to a financial institution that will let me pay my own loan without taking hours of my time each month!!
