      The TruMark mortgage department is unreliable and habitually "forgets" to pay property tax bills. I recommend avoiding this credit union.

      They have a “cute” new campaign, where an animated zombie scrolls across the website when you login to online banking. Thanks for sucking up 20 minutes of my day sitting on hold to find out if the website had been hacked or was safe to use. Not appropriate for a financial institution.
