      Overall these guys are awesome. Long wait times on phones but they’re super helpful. Frustrating they’re not open on the weekends however I’d rather deal with them than a bigger bank any day.

Our Carthage and Western Hills branches are open on the weekends until 1pm as well as our phone service. OTR and Queensgate are currently not. We are proud to be your small but mighty financial institution. We've been around since 1937 and think we're better than a bank too! :)

      No Saturday lobby hours, can't get in on weekdays either, I've been a member for over 25 years-but I'm done with them. Better service from a payday loan or check cashing store! ZERO STARS!
