      Very good service, Tari came out to my house at the weekend to get the docs signed due to my schedule. Garrett was always available to answer questions. Overall a relatively easy and reasonably quick process with no major issues that they couldn't deal/help with.

      Did not have a great experience. Was “pre-approved” (gave me a letter but I don’t think they had even pulled my credit then now looking back), made an offer on a home that was accepted, asked them to order appraisal, and then they told me at last minute they no longer doing loans in my state due to an investor getting out of the business. Then tried to sell me on a hard money loan. Felt very bate and switch, like this is what their deal is. Pretend to get them an actual loan and then present with a hard money loan instead. Don’t be left hanging after you’ve made an offer. I ended up with a different company and they saved the deal.

      Michelle, we are so sorry that you feel bait and switched. The truth is, Sprout Mortgage closed this week. Truss used this lender for many years and never saw this coming. With the all recent rate hikes, many lenders in our space have closed their doors. Again, so sorry for the trouble we may have caused.
