      AVOID! I had no problems with SunTrust, but since Truist acquired they have made it obvious they are not working for their customers. Feels like a predatory bank. Have used bill pay for years, since Truist, 3 problems this month driving me into overdraft. Allowed payments to be taken out early. Their response was that it can be taken out anytime. Why have a date then? Appalled at the customer service and bank policy. Leaving for a bank easier to deal with and actually wants my business; along with every other SunTrust customer apparently.
