  I have been a member of Trust Federal Credit Union for 15 years or more, and I cannot sing their praises enough! I love having a bank that I can call and get someone on the phone who I know personally and who will take care of everything I need. Becky Sylar in particular has been a HUGE help to me, not just over the years but especially recently. I bought a car a few days ago and financed through the credit union because they have the BEST rates around, and Becky was with me every step of the way. I ran into some snags at the dealership where I bought the car because I was an out of town buyer, and I kept having to call Becky for help. I'm positive I was driving her crazy, but she never let on that I was, and she was incredibly helpful, pleasant, and professional throughout the entire ordeal. She is the BEST!

  What kind of bank closes their atm at 5pm on a weekday?!? It’s pointless to even have an ATM when it closes the same time as the office. We are in 2022, not 1970. You can’t tell me it’d be that hard to have an atm that is actually accessible more than 7 hours a day. Only credit union or bank I’ve ever used that had an atm that wasn’t 24/7. Absolutely Ridiculous.

  What kind of ATM locks their doors at 6pm on a weekday and the entire weekend? Basically makes the bank useless for people who don’t want to drive 15 miles just to get some cash out of the atm without being charged $4 extra. If I wanted to waste money on atm fee’s i’d just put my money in a bank that doesn’t have physical locations anywhere in the city. You can’t tell me it would have been that hard to put an atm somewhere where it could be accessed 24/7 like every other atm in existence. 10/10 do not suggest.
