  I have been banking with Trustco Bank for about 30 years, in NY and for the last 5+ years in FL. They live up to their slogan as a "home town bank" because of the way that they treat the customers, just like friends and family. The mortgage loan process and rates are way better than most, and you don't have to worry about your loan being sold multiple times. (I just completed my 5th home mortgage loan with them). If you ever have a question, they are quick to find the answer. Keep up the good work team!

  I went into this store to close my account and days later I have gotten an alert that someone was using my card to make online purchases. I talked to customer service and instead of listening to me, they put words in my mouth and made me hold for over half an hour until I can talk to someone who can resolve this. I am never going back here and I will definitely tell everyone I know how poorly the staff is.

  Very Grateful for Oksana Terry professionalism with our re-finance process. She manage to save us hundreds of dollars on our monthly payment and thousands on the closing cost. Everyone at this branch is great and knowledgeable. From the time I began this to the closing it was done very quickly. i would highly recommend this bank and there team on how they handled my re-finance, as well as all my other banking needs.
