      Been with Trustco Bank for 20 years. Today I traveled and tried using my card and was denied. Called this bank and they want an accounting of where you are going and what are you doing and the dates you are traveling. They told me this policy has been in place for a long time. This is a lie. I traveled to Florida last year with no problems. Such an embarrassing situation to be declined and not get food. If you want to tracked this bank is for you. And in addition their ratings here on Google was reset. They had 2.3 stars and now it seems they reset these reviews. Update: after speaking with the branch manager who was suppose to update my card to a usable status I still cannot use my card. I'm in another state and have no access to my money. This is the worst vacation of my life thanks to this awful bank.
