  Excellent local bank that truly cares about their customers. Alexis and Pearline - manager and associate - know my family and always ask about how I am doing in school and other activities when I visit with them. Will be sad to be closing my account with them soon due to moving cities, but I have been so happy with the service and care I have received here. Great services as well the bank itself has to offer- traditional and secure. LOVE THEM!

  Opening up our small business account at the Windermere Trustco Bank was the BEST decision we have made in a long, long time. If every Trustco branch has the level of customer service as this one, they will be around for a long time. The 4 ladies are the friendliest and are always willing to help us out. I worked for Wells Fargo Bank as an appraiser for over 15 years and had all my accounts with them. Every time I would walk in the branch or go thru the drive in, they were always pressuring me to meet with a counselor to open an unwanted account or open a line of credit. The smallest transaction became such a hassle that I finally closed my personal accounts with them and opened new ones with Trustco. From Gabby to Pearline, to Messerrette, to Alexis, they are all so kind and helpful and really know the ins and outs of banking services without any pressure. My husband and son enjoy coming inside. The staff is always so friendly and kind. I have never had customer service from any bank, store, or business that matches the ladies at Trustco. We are always telling all of our friends to close out their accounts at other financial offices and come to the Windermere Trustco branch.
