      Where do I begin? Mortgage application went through without too many hiccups but everything after that was terrible. 1.) We were told checks would be sent to us by the elmsford office. That never happened so the Mahopac office had to do that for us. 2.) They couldn’t set up our direct deposit correctly and took a long time to figure out the issue so we almost didn’t have enough funds for our mortgage. 3.) Don’t even try to sign into online banking because you won’t be able too and when you call the 1800 number that it tells you to they will have no idea what you’re talking about. The answer I got... “this is just a call center, I see you have an account but we can’t set up your online banking” But I was referred by your website to call this number. Marcella had no answer for me. 4.) So I called a local mahopac branch and with some help they tried to at least get my wife signed in. They set it up and when it was time to enter the confirmation code...no code was sent to our cell phone. I have no idea why they can’t figure it out but I understand there is a reason people choose to stay with larger more reputable banks and that’s what we will do now. Go to chase, Bank of America, hsbc , etc. STAY AWAY FROM TRUSTCO!
