      This bank’s idea of a marketing strategy is to plaster fliers on car windshields in nearby parking lots. Irritating potential customers isn’t smart business or professional practice for a financial institution.

      Top class. Possibly the friendliest bank I’ve ever visited. You just don’t get this level of personal touch on regular national chain banks. Great group of people. 2020 update - lowering from 5 stars to 3 stars due to a pretty awful experience with one of the bank managers - Patrick Boatey. Zero bedside manner, aggressive and unfriendly approach. Unfortunately spoiled my experience and I no longer bank with Trustco. The people make the experience and this place is now worse for it I'm sorry to say.
