      I imagine most of the poor reviews with this bank have to do with their hours of operation, which to be honest are pretty terrible... (Closed from 1:00-2:00 everyday and then close at 4:00). However, once you get in the door, you will not find nicer people to work with. The bank has a very "hometown" feel, where everyone knows you by name, and if you need to speak with the branch manager, Ms. Britt, you just walk back and tap on the glass. No appointment needed. Overall a great banking experience. Checking is also free if you bank online.
