      1st off, I would like to note that I am not an account holder at Trustmark Bank. I would not do business here If you are not an account holder. But if you do, make sure you bring plenty of identification and expect to pay $10.00 for the lady to cash a check. $10.00 for 60 seconds worth of work. I wouldn't be so dissatisfied if the check wasn't through a large company that does their financial transactions through Trustmark Bank. I was greeted friendly at least.

      Unfortunately, I’m not from the area I live out of state. However, I was visiting my daughter who currently lives in this town and was in need to stop by the bank. I was greeted when I walked in which was great but the young lady who waited on me was most definitely having a bad day. I was not able to catch her name but she had a short brown hair cut with a pink shirt. I understand that everybody has their bad days but you shouldn’t take it out on your customers. Other than that the service was nice. To stay anonymous I’m using one of my daughters’ accounts to write this review. I hope nobody gets in trouble for this because we all have those day. Overall I still enjoy trustmark!
