  My husband has our home mortgage through this bank and it has been horrible. This month they accidentally charged us twice for our mortgage leaving us with a negative balance in our bank account and an overdraft fee on top of that. When we called about the double charge they told us we’d need to email some people but it would be a few days before we’d get the money back. So we went into the weekend with no money for food or gas. We had to borrow money from my in laws just to make it through. The following week we were reimbursed with the second mortgage payment and I thought that would be the end of it. Last night we get a letter in the mail stating we are 22 days late on mortgage payment and they were charging us a $50 late fee. They charged us twice this month and left us with over draft fees and no money only to reimburse us for the second payment then act like we still owe them our mortgage for the month and a late fee? They still have the original payment we made in the beginning of October so we shouldn’t owe them anything for this month! Now my husbands credit score is going to take a big hit because of their mistake!

  Stopped by here to cash a small check written to me for under 200.00 from their account at this bank, showed proper photo ID but they require ones Social Security # even if you have a valid driver's license. Friendly staff just thought that was ridiculous asking S.S.# for small amount.
