      I’ve been most pleased with this Credit Union since I joined seven years ago. Staff members are always helpful and courteous.

      This used to be our go to co-op bank, but recently they have changed a ton of "policies" and have made themselves pretty worthless. They limit transactions to $500 unless you have an account directly with them ( this hasn't been the case previously) and the manager in the bank is terrible. She comes off as a very power hungry person who doesn't care about the customer. Case in point, I spent a few days pulling out money from their ATM, which was in 20's, and when I went in to exchange them for 100's, she wouldn't allow it claiming policies and procedures. I would highly recommend Desert Financial Credit Union on Ray and 48th instead, they were great and had no problem exchanging our currency.

      Wasted my time trying to setup an account online only for them to say I need to go into the branch to open. What’s the point of having the application process online? I am choosing a different bank.
