      I recently refinanced my car and truwest took a payment and I was told that the payment would be refunded to me. I'm about to call for the third time to receive my refund. This company does not communicate with each other on matters such as this. Been dealing with this for the past month. All I want is my refund please. Is that to hard to ask?

      Customer service at the toll free number is worthless, you cannot talk to anyone that has any information, they say they will call you back, and you never get a call back. My insurance company and I have been trying to get my guaranty information for a total loss claim and it has been over 2 weeks of stress. I will NEVER finance w/this credit union again, if I could give negative stars, I would.
