**update** (2 stars to 4 stars.) I spoke with member relations as recommended by the business reply to my comment. Problem solved. On hold for 15 minutes. But worth the wait. They were able to email me my lien release as well as mail an extra copy for safe keeping. I finally got my lien release today, which is all I've been wanting for some time now. Great customer service as usual. Just wish the experience had been better the 1st time around. Payments towards an auto loan were convenient and easy to do. However my loan has been paid off for several months now and I have yet to recieve the lien release, even after 3 requests have been made. I have been told it's been mailed. I've yet to see it in the mail, and I've been checking it thoroughly. Frustrating 😡

I have always been reluctant to deal with banks for some reason but all that has changed since becoming a member at TTCU. Not one but all the Tellers greet me by name and solve any issues I may have.Jodi and Karen, The Financial Counselors are amazing and I couldn't be happier! Thank you all so much!
