      I never receive my quarterly statements When I go in to request a copy of my quarterly statement, they want to charge a fee of $8.00

      The workers are nice face-to-face. Over the phone they do not treat you very well. So sad. I love supporting black businesses. Unfortunately, sketchy customer service is a deal-breaker. Their technology needs updating but their customer service has ran this member away.
