      Several friends recommended TVFCU, so we went to Ft. O to ask about their options, and were surprised that we didn’t actually have to be TVA employees to do business with them. They were extremely polite and helpful, so we opened a checking account, and transferred 3 small credit card balances for one platinum card, with no interest for nearly two years. We then refinanced our car loan, going from 5 percent to 1.9 percent! Incredible! We can highly recommend TVFCU for any banking business you might need. John & Suzanne Bergen ………………………………………………………….

      Very poor customer service at Fort Oglethorpe plus rude people. Equipment does not work every time I go in. I have had a debit card ordered for a month. No one there knows how to check anything. Finally the branch manager helped a bit but she was rude as well. I would not recommend this branch. Maybe another branch would be ok but not this one.

      TVFCU has EXTREMELY bad customer service through the drive-thru. They refuse to cash routine checks, which can easily be cashed by the people inside the bank.
