  I've been a member with TVFCU for about 5 years now and they have been my favorite bank to be apart of. However, When I spoke on the phone with Tory, who repeatedly put me on hold to ask her supervisor for the answer (because I assume she's a new hire) and then deliberately hanging up on me after the 2nd hold because they refused to answer a simple question about sending payments to the principle. So unprofessional. I don't necessarily blame Tory because I can almost tell she just got hired but her supervisor is a scrub and should be washing dishes instead

Additionally, we would like to clarify, that although other financial institutions may allow principle only payments when desired, the first step to achieve this with TVFCU, is that the month's loan payment and interest must be paid up-to-date first, before a secondary payment can follow to pay towards principle within the same month. You may achieve this transaction by giving us a call, or you can video chat with a representative through out tvfcuLIVE Stream Video Banking app available over desktop or smart device.
