  I moved here from Colorado and I am in transition so I haven’t been able to get my TN license or proof of residency yet. I had a day where EVERYTHING was going wrong and I came into the Ooltewah branch to open my account to deposit a large business check. Katie was so great at helping me open my account while I was waiting on my TN residency documents and totally changed my day around since something finally went right! Cheryl helped me on the ITM and she was also helpful and very nice. My first impression of this company and the Ooltewah branch was fantastic!

  Have a car loan from them where I bought a new car 4 yrs ago. Starting back in February I get a letter, Which has TVFCU on top of the letterhead, every month saying that I am gonna to be charged for insurance because my insurance has been canceled. So I call them and they say no your insurance is fine according to our records. And then, They say they don’t know why I am receiving the letter. Telling me I need to contact my insurance agency That is probably a issue with them except the person I have insurance through says my insurance is perfectly fine and has been fine. It’s like the left doesn’t know what the right is doing at TVFCU. Very frustrating.

  Worst place to try to have a loan with. Multiple times they have called trying to collect a extra payment after my payments were up to date. Every time you talk to someone, they have something COMPLETELY different to say about your account and why you owe more money. They will essentially admit your payments are up to date then try to back track and say they aren’t. Banked with this credit union for over 10 years with maybe 2 minor issues that was easily resolved until now. Typically great service, but the last 3-4 months service has became absolutely awful!! Automated tellers make it easy to cash a check if all you want is actual cash. I’ve banked here for years, brought multiple other members to this credit union, but due to the recent issues I will be closing all my accounts and discouraging others from banking at this facility. Do NOT recommend banking here anymore!!
