Don't even bother with this bank anymore. There all crooks and will take your money. A normal bank won't screw you over as bad as they do here. This is the only bank I know of that will charge you overdraft fees even though you have them all turned off and nothing comes out of your account but guess who still takes all your money tvfcu. Hope they choke on it. Will of course be writing to the few agencies that can deal with them

* Update * Have not received my debit card but I have received a welcome letter dated 12/17/2021. Was given an excuse that USPS is to blame although I received my welcome letter within 1 week. Pathetic service, closing my account. First day as a member and already not happy. The online service didn't setup the account completely and didn't tell me there were 2 accounts being setup. Over the phone I was told to video chat or go in a branch to get a pin to setup my online account. Video chat said only the branches can do that. Went to a branch and had the pin "setup" only to find out it was not done correctly. Now having to wait a week to get one in the mail. Good customer service is not to be found on my first day. Already thinking about closing the account.
