      Been a customer for over 20 years and i have always been very happy. Until recently. A horrible worker named GINA took my call. She was the worst. She had no patience, she did not care. She argued w me and hung up on me. Its not fair i had to give the whole company a fail but they ALLOW her to treat customers this way. Other customers have complained about GINA before and the company does not care. I have taken my business elsewhere after over 20 yrs. So be warned: WATCH OUT FOR GRUMPY RUDE GINA P.S: Mirna is very nice
