      Stumbled on Kurt and Twin City Lending through a google search because I wanted to keep my business as local as possible. This isn't my first rodeo when it comes to buying or refinancing so I can honestly say that this was the absolute easiest and less stressed refinance I have done. Kurt was quick and kept it easy on the phone, a few emails and a good software made the document process simple on my end. Heck we even closed at a Caribou which was a fitting way to end a casual easy transaction. Don't get me wrong it was very professional and the closer was the bomb too! I have been to too many fancy mortgage offices with huge conference tables that I had to drive out of my way and take a day off work to close before so meeting me in town on my schedule was awesome. I would recommend Kurt and Twin City Lending if you are in the market for a refinance or purchasing. **Repeat Customer** - Still a 5 star. Decided to check in with Kurt and see if it was worth it- he did the homework, gave me the option and made it happen. Would still continue to recommend.
