      I've banked with TSCU for over 20 years because they have always provided great customer service. During those years I've gone to them for car and personal loans, and they helped me with an incident identity theft of and theft of funds when someone got my account number. I trust them and still have no plans to switch to another bank.

      It is painful or impossible to set and check recurring transfers to pay loans within twin star. Couple years ago it was easy and functional and easy and you could see how much you needed to pay in the window where you enter how much to pay. You could see the scheduled payments. You could modify the next scheduled payment change the amount change the date. It used to be easy. They failed their own site. I've talked to them before. I've had their assistance before. And yet when I go on the site I still can't find the recurring internal transfers. I can't find it. That's a web page problem, that's not me.
