      I have my personal and business account here for over 10 years. I’ve never experienced any problems with my account or their service. I get interests from checking account and they re-inverse fees for using ATM at different bank or location. They don’t charge any fees for checking account. Highly recommend!

      Lacey Branch could teach tacoma branches a thing or two about Good Customer Service Skills. The Korean teller @ this Lakewood Branch treats you as if you are a burden to her. Never a good morning or Thank you. If you look different or are not recognized as a regular customer you will defanetly be made to feel as if they don't want your business! If you are Gay or Transgender she will definitely make it clear that you are not welcomed there. Done with this Credit Union. After 9 yrs.
