      Online banking never works & have to have it reset every other day. When I signed up for my account, I agreed to my checking account denying any transactions if the money wasn't in my checking account. I even told the girl about my experience with my last bank failing to follow thru on the same agreement,denying if insufficient funds in checking. Beings online banking never worked, I was unaware U P Connection was taking from my savings account and charging me $2 every time it did. I signed an agreement and they failed to do what the agreement was.
