  My wife and I HIGHLY recommend Brad Pace and his team! We found Brad through our realtor, and boy are we fortunate to have found him! A significant portion of our income comes from a family owned small business. During the peak of the COVID pandemic, we had several big bank mortgage brokers rudely scoff at our loan application. We were frankly shocked at how unprofessional they were. Despite our excellent credit and strong financial position, it was obvious the other brokers didn’t want to put in the extra work required for our small business income. Brad didn’t hesitate for a second. He has decades of experience in the industry and after reviewing our finances told us he didn’t see an issue getting us pre-approved. Brad clearly understood the approval process from an underwriters’ perspective. He sent us a detailed list of required documentation. Brad then worked over the weekend to analyze our financials and provided us with a pre-approval letter. For those shopping for a home in the hot Northern Virginia market, you know how essential it is to have pre-approval from a mortgage lender when a competitively priced home goes on the market. Thanks to our realtor’s excellent intel skills, we were able to put an offer on a home in McLean Hamlet before the seller publicly listed it. The fact that Brad had already put in the hard work to get us pre-approved was absolutely essential. The seller had already had 1 potential buyer back out of a contract, and was anxious about committing again. With our pre-approval from Brad in hand, our realtor was able to assuage the seller’s concerns. Before closing on our new home, we called around to check on the competitiveness of our rate. The rate Brad locked in for us was the lowest by far. It was even lower than what my credit union could offer! And we should mention, the credit union does not do pre-approvals. We closed on our new home on-time and without any issues. Brad was available at all hours, to include weekends, to help ensure the closing process was executed flawlessly. Really outstanding customer service! We should also add that Brad is a long time Northern Virginia resident. He (now) lives right down the street from us! Brad and his extended family are well established in the community. In addition to assisting us with our mortgage needs, it is great to know we have him as a resource for questions related to life in Northern Virginia. If you are in the market for a mortgage, we strongly encourage you to call Brad and give him a shot at your business. We don’t think you will be disappointed!
