  Worst bank! Poor customer service, especially from Giselle. NEGATIVE STARS SHOULD BE AVAILABLE. Not a trust worthy establishment. Do not take out a car loan there unless you want forgery and uncertainty of your personal legal paperwork.

  Absolutely horrible experience for my husband and I. In general, US Bank has met my banking needs very well, but this bank branch is not to be trusted. We went through the drive-through teller to request a withdrawal for $300 cash. The teller even asked us to write down what bills we wanted on the withdrawal slip, which we did. The transfer took a few minutes longer than expected and we were late for an appointment so my husband took the money and we started to drive out of the parking lot when I noticed that instead of pulling $300 from our account, the teller pulled $3000!!! My husband immediately went into the bank branch to request the money be put back in our account. The only response the teller gave us was, “Well, you signed for it...” No, we did not sign for it. We marked down that we wanted $300 withdrawn with the number and type of bills that we were requesting. Honestly, that guy needs to be fired for what could have been a very costly mistake if we had ended up overdrawn.
