  I wheeled myself dowtown in a wheelchair with one good leg and one good opposite hand approximately 3/4 of a mile. I arrived at the bank at exactly 3:45 and said i wanted to open account. The teller said it was "TOO LATE" I told her it was quarter to four, they are open until 4 pm. She told me they couldn't because it's takes a half hour to do! I was hot, sweetly from my long trip there, I started to cry and said i would definitely go somewhere else. Pretty sad they turn a distressed, handicapped person down because someone might have to stay a few minutes after 4:00 pm on a Friday night!! Just GREAT (NOT) CUSTOMER SERVICE! If that is an example of how they treat their Customers, I don't want to bank there Truly, they should be ashamed. All I wanted is a debit card account, No checks, nothing! I hope the branch manager reads this!!!!

  If you are looking to get a loan do not come here. It will take days of being in limbo. Very very poor experience
