  If I could give zero stars I would. Called the branch 13....13 times before I talked to a real human. Prior to that was placed on hold twice and then HUNG UP ON. I don't care how busy you are, you don't hang up on customers. Terrible customer service. Extremely not impressed.

  I've been a USBank customer for 10 years and gone to branches all over Wisconsin. This is the only one I've consistently had bad customer service at; I've been there several times and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. But quite frankly, the staff is condescending. Apparently I look like I'm a child too young to have an account (I'm 27) and apparently something about me makes them think I don't have any money in my account or something? I think I dress fine and I'm clean... But I'm been asked if I was doing something for my mom more than once, followed by "Oh wait, are YOU [Name]!?" And every time I deposit a somewhat larger check, I end up with multiple tellers at the counter to gang up and let me know there's a hold period to make sure the check actually goes through so I can't go spending this money right away! I need to wait a few days to spend it all! A couple times that has come with the teller(s) checking my account for some reason and a surprised sounding "oh, you do actually have a pretty good balance, so actually it should be fine." It's weird, and I'm planning to just go to the location by my work instead of by my house, since they've always been polite to me.
