I am 73 years old. I have lived and banked in six states all across the USA. This is by far the friendliest and efficient bank branch I have ever dealt with. These people make it a please to visit with them. They are willing and knowledgeable problem solvers. I will never take my business elsewhere.

This place is great if you like employees to touch and take your phone, a personal item, with them around the bank instead of instructing you with co-browse to honor healthy boundaries and pandemic rules of healthy social distance. Making appointments would be best to keep occupants to appropriate level and to avoid rudely ushering people out before the WiFi finishes bank updates on your phone. US Bank has apparently joined a fleet of corporations who don’t train employees properly. Definitely do not recommend this place.
