      horrible experience ATM swallowed my debit card didn't give me any money or receipt. immediately talked to bank employee and only said sorry give can give you your card back bank policies. I called customer services and said the same meanwhile the bank manager went to the back of the ATM and took my card and retained it. no explanations but sorry bank policies

      I have my branch en san ysidro blvd for years and one day i had a problem with my id i tried to take some money and asked for help and they tried me very bad even the manager and and supervisor a girl i dont remenber her name she order to bloked my accound one day even i almost cried asking for help with my atm card and they dinied . I went to other branch in plaza las america and they help right a way. Thas is why i love that branch because the always ready to help.
