  Always friendly, call me by name, and usually Fairly quick. There have been times when they're really busy but hey, show me somewhere that's not. I like them.

  Lost my debit and had to go to local branch for temporary card. Was not informed on how to activate card and not offered express shipping for new card it was shipped ground. New temporary card does not work after activation called customer service numerous times to try and fix with different answers each time and no resolution. Branches not open on the weekend so no other resolution. This is just bad customer service from the beginning should be an easy fix but instead turned into a major headache.
