Absolutely the WORST Customer Service Ever!! Thankfully Tim was able to help me at the Bank 800 number!! I have been with this bank for years!! And this location needs someone to run it because who they have obviously don’t care about the customer!! Even the 800 number was shocked at the lack of customer service!!!

Long lines! Slow service. Customer for over 30 years but I don't like u.s. bank .still SLOW service long wait times.
