      Most horrible customer service I have ever experienced. No one can help you and they won't even try. The tellers and local management don't knowl how to do their jobs and they are allergic to learning. Most rude tellers I have ever encountered. They can't help you, they don't know how, they don't want to. If I could give negative stars I would. Bank borders on fraud.

      Bad service the guy whit glasses ask me stupid cuestions just for try to change my check . . He look at my card as if it were false, it is obvious that it is from us bank..
