      This branch is great. Customer service is the best! Debbie is the greatest and she has superior knowledge and excellent customer service. I am at this Bank because of the excellent caring service of their tellers and manager.

      Went into bank mart in Newport Krogers. Asked to open account. Have to make an appointment. I said "if I can't open now I won't be able to open one." Male rep say "adios". So this is what banking has become. Bank marts are for quick convenient services...i guess they don't want walk in business.

      Drive thru is very very slow. Takes me atleast 20 minutes every time to get through the line.
