  Called this morning and the teller and manager I spoke with were very terse and treated me obstinately. Melissa spoke over me and spoke very condescendingly to me, while I spoke respectfully and never raised my voice. No customer service, the issue was not explained. Both tellers simply wanted to get me off the phone, yet the call was only 3 minutes in length for a legitimate mobile deposit question. Those around Rapid City that know me, can verify that I am a very calm and respectfully kind person. Not sure why the teller, and Melissa, (Kansas City Street Manager) were so terse and surly. Not the type of customer service I would expect as a decades old customer. *** UPDATE — I spoke with Michelle at the Baken Park branch of U.S. Bank, she listened to my questions and answered what she could and then connected me with US Bank national customer service and the issue has been resolved. A wonderful experience with the Baken Park branch… Kansas City branch you need some training.
