      Impossible to simply talk to a human at my local branch. Worst service by any business not even close.

      Honestly, this branch is never open and NEVER answers the phone when I call. It’s absolutely unprofessional and frustrating. Customer service should be #1 but it’s definitely not. It needs to change or I won’t be a customer any longer and I certainly won’t recommend this bank. DO SOMETHING!!!
