      I am a long time account holder with US Bank. I applied for an auto loan online and through calling the 24 hour banking line. I did not get the customer service I am use to receiving. So I called this branch because it was the nearest branch that is open on Saturday. I had such a great customer service experience. Megan and Hope were great. Megan spoke with me on the phone and got everything approved and ready before I came to the branch to save me from any duplicate trips. I went in when everything was ready, and she went over all the paperwork thoroughly. I was able to sign everything and got my way quickly. She took the time to answer all my questions over the phone before finalizing the loan and again in person before signing. She and Hope were both so friendly and helpful. They made me feel like a person and not just a number. I highly recommend either of them for your banking needs!!!

      I don't personally use this bank but it is inside a grocery store. I have always seen many customers and people coming in and out quick and have known people to use this bank and they have alot of variety of accounts to choose from and I have thought about switching banks myself and go to them and still having that thought but I've just been with mine so long and enjoy the staff at my bank but this bank is more convenient and closer to me it's just hard switching and having to switch everything over that u have automatically coming out is part of reason y I haven't changed but still thinking bout it.

      I have to say this bank is about as useful as a atm might as well just have that there. Everytime I go there to do anything other than check a balance, deposit, or withdraw cash or check it’s like you have to make an appointment. Jefferson City from now on.
