      I had a problem with one of my account. There was money deposited in the account by mistake. I needed to have the money removed to balance the check book. The bank employee listen to the problem, did not try to explain the problem without first checking the paper work showing the problem. This required him printing out several account statements and canceled checks. He realized that he was not going to be able to fix the mistake that was made. He then had to contact someone else on the phone and explain to them the problem I had, which was not an easy task. This was time consuming for both him and me but at the end I was pleased that the issue was solved.
