  I would give this bank zero stars if I could. Made me come back 3 times. Insufficient Identification is what they said. When I returned with proper id, they wanted even more info. All the time, they tried to dissuade me from cashing the check. They charged a fee more that was more than from a check cashing place. The check was a US Bank check.

  We apologize the service you received at your local branch was less than desirable, Leo. Normally, check cashing is a service provided for U.S. Bank customers. When this service is provided for a non-customer, the fee for the service provided is charged. To avoid this fee, you would need to deposit the check into a U.S. Bank account or into your external account. We appreciate your feedback regarding the size of the fee.   Called Rajeev Khanna for a last minute request midday, and he called me an hour before close with all my documents ready. I had never banked at this location before and just called this location cold for help. Rajeev helped me out quickly - great customer service! if this is how well they treat someone who randomly calls in, I can't imagine how great the service would be for someone who is a regular customer!
