Janet Schauff, to my husband and I exemplifies what a loan officer should be, in every way!! From our pre-approval, to making an offer, to closing, she was so awesome!! My husband and I have never experienced such a terrific experience with a home loan. Home loans and the approval process can be such an anxiety provoking experience but Janet truly made our experience something that we have never experienced before.
