This local branch is one of the few long standing locations in the Los Angeles Valley. Open six days a week, with extended hours on Friday only (until 6pm) and shorter hours on Saturday (until 1 pm). The ATM outside is usually always in great shape and easy to use and the inside lobby as well as main entrance into the branch is always warm and welcoming. The gentlemen usually on the floor including the security guard are always personable. Chanaka helped me out on my most recent visit and was extremely polite as well as informative on current offers. Definitely hope I get him again. The parking lot is super easy though the traffic for getting out can take a beat during peak and rush hours. Need a reliable US Bank branch, then do it right in Sherman Oaks.

I came to my appointment on time and they made me wait 40 minutes. Terrible service that don’t give a **** about their customers

Ordered Euros, got pounds. Was charged three admin fees and it took three bankers to agree with me that I was not properly refunded.
