This bank is TERRIBLE!!!!!! They screw everything up. Incompetence at its finest. I’ve never seen anything like this. One teller is working that has no clue what she’s doing

So disappointed with their service. I recently moved to Ohio and my bank does not have locations here. I opened an account here and applied for a loan to consolidate my debt. We discussed what rate and payment I would have but almost 3 weeks later at signing it changed. To sum up the letter I received after complaining about this to everyone was "Sorry but you closed on the loan so that's your problem".
