Went in to ask for information on a credit card and Renae (I believe was her name) was rude but luckily Edgar Velasco took over and he was of great help and very polite and nice.

The ATM machine didn’t dispense my full withdrawal amount. Phone customer service was rude and when I went in, they couldn’t help me because according to them I was lying. I understand, it was my bad for not printing out a receipt, I never get receipts, (sorry for caring about our planet) I’ve never had an issue with any US Bank ATM and not getting a receipt, until now. It could have been taken care of in a completely different manner, “you don’t have any proof” is ridiculous, the only proof I have is that now I’m short on my rent. Thanks a lot US Bank.
