  They were open late, which is convenient, but their policies are cumbersome and confusing. I wanted to add our daughter to our account and customer-service said "just go to the branch" but when I got there they said "Oh, you need to have EVERYBODY who's on the account here too" (my wife in this case).

  I was disappointed to find their ATM out of order and tellers didn’t have the right answer and seem mischievous the way he counted my money and made me feel and look suspicious. And also this bank is not flexible enough with their secured credit card system and it’s rigid policy. I don’t think US Bank appreciate my money and me having an account there. They are not a friendly bank let alone be innovative with their credit card systems. They are not a generous bank. Chase bank is another example of bad stubborn age old policies with lot of fossil fuel exploration that they indulge in. Can’t wait to find a better bank!!!

  This bank is the absolute worst bank i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. 6 months is has taken me to fix the title on my jeep. 2 months is has been since i finally switched to a competent bank. In those two months they STILL have not released the title. They are incompetent in every aspect of the word and every single time i have ever gone to them, whether its been in person or over the phone, to try and solve an issue i have gotten different information. They are excessively inconsistent. I would never recommend them to anyone. They have caused me an abundance of turmoil surrounding my vehicle.
