  Attempted to open a joint account credit card but it was not set-up properly by the banker. Since then, have been given the run around on how to get this fixed. It has taken 3+ months and is still not resolved.

  This place is absolutely amazing! I have NEVER experienced such extraordinary customer service, and I don't even have an account with them (yet!). I want to give a HUGE shout out to Megan who works as a loan officer there. I called with plenty of questions and she took the time to help me out a lot and even went as far as to place me on hold so she could make sure that her responses were as accurate as possible (I had a fairly difficult situation). She truly helped me out after experiencing several years of difficult times and eventually being physically laughed at by a different loan officer from another business. I wish that I could express my sincerity in how thankful I am for the impact she and this company made in my life with one simple phone call and an incredibly helpful and caring employee. Thank you a thousand times!
