      I talked to Andrea over the phone at this location and she was awesome! She was so nice and very understanding. I was upset about my situation I was in regarding subscription payments, but she made everything easy and smooth. Her personality is amazing and very fun to talk to. Give this lady a raise!

      HORRIBLE Drive Through window service. 3 of the last 4 times I've come to this branch, they made me wait over 25 minutes, the people behind me all leave b/c it's so ridiculous. The bank personnel are super slow And don't care. Go to any other branch, even if you have to drive an extra 5 minutes -- US Bank branches are everywhere -- SKIP THIS ONE!
